The Nomad Shampoo bar is mildly conditioning, however you may consider an additional conditioner if you have longer or curly hair.
Note: This is a concentrated product that produces minimal lather. Take care not to over-wash your hair trying to produce big suds. More is not better.
Allow bar to dry between uses to maximize product longevity.

Rub bar between wet hands to create lather. Apply lather to hair and scalp. Can also be used by gently running bar across hair directly. Massage and rinse out.

Not all bars are soap—and when it comes to your hair, that makes a big difference. Our Nomad Shampoo Bar is pH-balanced and soap-free, which means it's designed specifically for hair. While traditional soap is alkaline and made by saponifying oils with lye (a.k.a. sodium hydroxide), shampoo bars are different. Ours is a SynDet—a solid cleanser made with synthetic (yet gentle and naturally derived) detergents rather than soap. That means it cleanses effectively without disrupting your hair’s natural protective barrier.
Crafted with Shea Butter and Castor Seed Oil, this bar nourishes and softens strands without weighing them down. We’ve also included a plant-based silicone alternative to boost shine, tame frizz, and improve manageability—no plastic polymers required.
Rhassoul Clay, rich in silica and trace minerals, supports hair elasticity and can help stimulate growth, making it an ideal ingredient for fuller, healthier hair over time.
To gently cleanse without stripping, we use biodegradable, coconut-derived surfactants:
SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate)
SLSa (Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate)
CAPB (Cocamidopropyl Betaine)
These mild cleansing agents are what give our bar its lush lather, helping lift dirt, oil, and buildup without the harshness of traditional soap. In short, a surfactant gets you clean—without being soap.

Let me start by saying I travel for work, and I purchase boutique local skincare products all over the USA. I’ve tried too many products and am rarely impressed. This product is impressive! I bought a smaller bottle at Junkstock while working in Nebraska and about halfway through that bottle I was pretty blown away at how much I loved this product, and ordered a full size bottle. I’ve also had family try it, and they’re all now obsessed. This is now a staple in my skincare routine. I’m in my 40’s, combo skin where the oily parts are VERY oily, and the dry parts are brutally dry and scaly. Redness issues. This has evened out the oil levels of my skin, prevented breakouts (I am prone to those awful deep cystic ones), and helped soothe the redness. It has a slight vinegar smell but becomes very pleasant after just a moment. Absolutely recommend!

I really love the Rhassoul Hair Clean solution even though it's a little messy as it is not your usual "shampoo." Right after I put it on, I put on a shower cap to contain the dripping. Because I like the results, this routine is no big deal.

My favorite face moisturizer. I thought I had oily skin until I used this product! I realized I was just using the wrong stuff lol. I've been using the Lavender & Ho Wood Divine Cream for two years now. This keeps my skin moisturized without being oily, in summer as well as winter. It also smells delicious. I pair this product with Saving Face serum for an added boost!

I've got combination skin, prone to getting too oily or too dry with the wrong products. This cleanser keeps my face feeling moisturized even after washing, without feeling oily! It also smells fantastic. I use this in conjunction with Divine Cream face moisturizer and Saving Face serum. Highly recommend!
