Refund policy

Returns:
Due to the intimate nature of these products returns of used products are not accepted. Returns of unopened and unused items will be accepted if returned within 14 days of purchase. If the item is not suitable for use by you or the recipient please consider donating it.

Refunds or Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged. Please send a picture of the damaged item upon receipt to apothecuryous@gmail.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund or exchange request is processed we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at apothecuryous@gmail.com.
