Toss one of these compostable bags filled with an herb, Epsom salt and the essential oil of the same herb, into warm running water. Squeeze water through the bag occasionally while you soak and watch the water color.

To Use: remove tea bag from waxed bag and place in running water. Leave bag in water for a more potent experience.

Herbs available:

CHAMOMILE- Anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-septic. Mild astringent. Soothes rashes, minor burns, sunburn.

HOLY BASIL (TULSI) - Native to India, the Middle East and some Pacific islands. Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory. Rich in Magnesium. Treats itchy skin, acne, insect bites and skin disorders. Stimulates skin and clears complexion.

LAVENDER- Anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-septic.

LEMONGRASS-Native to India and Sri Lanka. Anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-septic. Astringent. Aids in detoxification.

MUGWORT- Native to Asia and Europe where it’s been used for centuries. Anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antispasmodic. Member of the daisy family. May cause allergies similar to ragweed. Reduces stress and anxiety. Used to stimulate menstrual cycles, should be avoided by women who are pregnant or breast feeding. AKA Wormwood.

ROSE- Anti-bacterial, anti-septic. Regenerative, cleans pores, tones skin, reduces redness and blotchy skin. Rich in Vitamin C. Increases blood circulation.

SAGE- Native to Mediterranean and Eastern Europe. Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, age spots. Regenerative, Astringent. Anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-septic, anti-bacterial. Regulates sebum. Deodorizer, treats excessive sweating, acne, eczema.
